What are the delivery areas covered by AQ Meal?
AQ Meal currently offers delivery services in the Clifton and DHA areas. However, we understand that some customers may reside outside these areas. In such cases, there will be an additional delivery charge to accommodate the extra distance. Alternatively, customers outside the delivery areas can choose to conveniently pick up their orders from our DHA branch. We strive to provide flexibility and convenience to all our customers, ensuring that you can enjoy our delicious and healthy meals no matter where you are.
What is the cancellation policy for AQ Meal orders?
At AQ Meal, we have a specific cancellation policy for orders booked for the entire month. Since we procure the necessary groceries and plan our operations accordingly, we do not offer refunds for monthly bookings. However, we encourage you to first try our food quality and quantity by placing a trial order before committing to a monthly subscription.
