Tea Cake Recipe

Ingredients & Quantity

  • Flour (self raising) one/ cup
  • Butter (unsalted) 60/ gram
  • Vanilla essence 1/tsp
  • Egg one piece full
  • Milk ¾ cup
  • Caster sugar ½ cup

RECIPE (pre heat oven before baking 30/ min 180/degree)

Grease 20 cm round pan cake. Cover base grease prove paper or backing paper put essence and butter in a bowl beat with egg beater until smooth and fluffy or creamy. Butter should be as white as possible. Gradually add sugar slowly and beat until soft and creamy add egg beat until light and fluffy. Add half four mix with wooden spoon and milk also mix well and again mix leftover flour and milk mix well together all better shift in a pan tap on the floor when the bubbles is out and the cake raise perfectly .

Don’t open the door before 20 mints when you put the cake or whatever you bake, follow baking instructions.
