Healthy Nankhatai Recipe

Ingredients & Quantity

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Sugar (grind) 1cup
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Egg yolk (only for dressing) 1 piece
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Milk As you need
  • Ilaichi (grind) 4 piece
  • Salt 1 pinch

Pistachio (fine sliced) RECIPE(pre heat oven before baking 30/mint 180 degree)

Take one cup ghee and put on the stove until melt when the ghee is in room temperature then keep in refrigerator .when ghee is in the hard position then again remove from refrigerator and until room temperature. When ghee is melt then Convert ghee in a bowl and mix sugar gradually and beat until light and fluffy now add flour mixture and mix with hands until when the dough become a soft. Now rest the dough in a refrigerator and after that makes a small boll divided in equal sizes then lightly presses the boll and garnishes the egg yolk and pistachio and set on the tray and put the tray in the oven mark 180 Dg around 20 to 25 min or until golden brown.

Don’t open the door before 20 mints when you put the cake or whatever you bake, follow baking instructions.
